Our Impact

            Community Transformation in Northern Province

  • In Gulu, our sensitization programs have led to a significant shift in community attitudes towards early pregnancies and marriages.

Local leaders, trained by our team, now actively advocate against this practice, resulting in a notable reduction in early marriage cases within the first year.

    • Grace, a school dropout in Kasese, struggled with health complications due to a lack of antenatal care.

Our initiative’s health talks and screenings identified her condition early, allowing for timely intervention.

Grace has since returned to school and is pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse, inspired by the care she received.

    •  Mary, a 17-year-old from Tororo, faced the challenges of early pregnancy and societal stigma.

Through our birth injury camps and sensitization programs, she received the medical care and support she needed.

Today, Mary is a vocal advocate for maternal health in her community, helping other young mothers navigate their journeys.
