The Apostles of Jesus sadly announce the death of Fr. Cyril Arima, AJ. Burial will take place on Tuesday 17th February at the Apostles of Jesus Lima Farm, Nakaseeta, Nnakaseke Parish, Kasana Luweero Diocese at 10:00 AM. May his Soul Rest In Peace

The Sisters of Our Lady of Good Counsel of Mbarara (OLGC) with deep sorrow announces the death of Sr. Sabina Kemirere which occurred on 14/02/2026. Sr. Sabina will be buried on Monday 16/02/2026 – Kyabirukwa Motherhouse at midday. We pray for her soul to rest in Peace.

The Beginning
The Association of Religious in Uganda, generally known as ARU, has a long history which dates back to its foundation in 1968. It was founded initially as a body of women religious working in Uganda by the women Major Superiors, led Mother Mary Bernadine, LSOSF (R.I.P.)
