History

Religious Sister Counsellors Network Initiative is a model Counselling Hub in Uganda established in January 2023 by All Africa Conference: Sister to Sister (ACC:SS) in collaboration with the Association of Religious in Uganda (ARU) which is intended to serve the religious and other people.

It builds on the AAC:SS Counselling Training Project that was begun in 2007 focused on educating women religious in the sub-Saharan region in psychological counselling .

It is a strong network of professional sister counsellors across countries who provide an accessible resource for all religious in the sub-Saharan region. it provides ongoing professional training to the member counsellors and encourages them to use their skills in collaborative initiatives to assist other religious and people who can least afford critical counselling help.
